He's a modification [sort of suggested by ~PedroDroX - Thanks Pedro] of "X-Ray-Terrestrial"
Pedro actually suggested Black shiny eyes, I was inclined towards Manga eyes so as a compromise I did shiny Manga eyes.
He was created using Apophysis 2.02 and The GIMP 2.6.8 - both free programs and both excellent programs which I urge you to investigate if you haven't already done so.
